• Custom Images: Photo files uploaded to our Custom Print Studio. These files are securely processed on our server and are never shared.

2. Passwordless Security

To ensure security, Artforms is 100% passwordless. We do not store passwords in our database. Logins and registrations are validated using One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent directly to your registered email address.

3. Cookies and Permanent Browser Cache

We use standard browser caching and `localStorage` to preserve your active e-commerce lounge sessions, shopping cart counts, guest cart items, and promo code triggers (ensuring popups disappear after you apply coupons or place orders). We do not run intrusive tracking or profiling cookies.

4. Shipping Logistics Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or distribute your email or billing details. We share your shipping name, phone number, and address strictly with our domestic courier partners to process frame deliveries and print tube shipments to your doorstep.

5. Communications

We use your email address to send OTP verification codes, order receipts, shipment tracking updates, and occasional discount coupon newsletters. You can opt out of promotional newsletters at any time.
