Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Artforms.in. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of premium framed canvas art, custom wall decor prints, and custom print customized gallery orders. By completing a transaction or registering an account, you agree to comply with these rules.

1. Custom Sizing & Product Dimensions

Our print customizer allows you to specify custom dimensions. Please note that:

• We maintain a strict tolerance margin of +/- 0.5 inches on custom cut canvas sizes due to fabric wrapping requirements.
• For custom size prints, framing is strictly restricted to sizes under 16" x 24" due to courier shipping fragility constraints. Any order exceeding these measurements must be shipped as a Rolled Canvas only.

2. Delivery Timelines & Packaging

Since each masterpiece is custom-printed and handcrafted individually:

• Rolled Canvases are shipped in premium heavy-duty tubes within 4 to 6 business days.
• Framed Artworks are packed using multi-layer corner cushioning and shipped in rigid wood-ply crates within 6 to 9 business days.
• Artforms is not responsible for courier transit delays caused by local restrictions or incorrect shipping address pin codes.

3. Promo Codes and Discounts

All promo codes, discount coupons, and lounge access specials:

• Are valid for single-use per customer account and valid only for the first order where applicable.
• Subject to minimum order spend thresholds before taxes (GST). Tampering with calculations or client price injection will invalidate the order transaction automatically.

4. GST Business Invoices (Input Tax Credit)

For corporate or business orders:

• You must provide a valid 15-character GSTIN number and company name at the time of checkout.
• GST credit claims cannot be processed retroactively once an invoice has been generated.
• 18% GST is added to the net value of items after deducting any applied promo code discounts.

5. Returns, Damage & Cancellations

Because our artworks are custom-made-to-order, we do not accept standard returns or mind-change exchanges.

• If a frame arrives damaged during courier transport, you must email photo proof to support@artforms.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement frame at no additional cost.
• Cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the canvas enters the printing queue, cancellations are not permitted.

6. Copyright and Ownership

When uploading images to the Custom Print Studio, you verify that you hold legal ownership or reproduction permissions for the file. Artforms.in acts strictly as a print-service provider and holds no liability for copyright infringement claims on custom customer uploads.
