Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to offer you the finest museum-grade custom framed canvas prints. Since all items are custom-made to order, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase.

• To cancel, please send your order number to support@artforms.in.
• Once the 4-hour window closes, your order goes into the printing and assembly queue and cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Made-to-Order Exclusions

Because each canvas print is customized to your selected size, framing type, and layout:

• We do not accept returns or provide refunds for mind-change or incorrect size selection on checkout.
• Please measure your wall space carefully before ordering.

3. Damage in Transit (Free Replacement)

We package our framed paintings in custom wooden crates to prevent damage. In the rare event of transit damage:

• Email photo evidence of the damaged frame and external packaging to support@artforms.in within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will verify the claim and initiate a free replacement order immediately. No return of the broken item is required.

4. Processing Refunds

For approved cancellations:

• The refund will be processed back to your original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking).
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank statement.
